General rules about returns and size exchange
It is recommended to keep the original wrapping, packaging and documents in case of possible returns. Products that will be returned without their original packaging won’t be accepted.
At the time of delivery, it is necessary to check if the parcel is correct. The customer has to report any possible damage to the parcels and/or to Products as well as report eventual mismatching in number of delivered parcels; in case, it should be immediately conveyed in writing and signing on the reserve check of the Courier's delivery note , specifying the reason for the reserve (i.e. "wet package", "broken package", "crushed package", etc.). If the customer is not satisfied by the product, he/she has the right to return the product asking for substitution or reimbursement, in accordance to the following terms and conditions.
The Product should be returned to the seller's warehouse within 20 days from the delivery date of the parcel.
The Product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, including the original label, original packaging at the following address:

The Product must be properly handled and returned as it was received, in a carton box (not in an envelope). They must be complete with all its parts, in perfect condition with no signs of wear or dirt (e.g.: Textile products must not have been used, washed, altered or damaged, or show any sign of wear – smells of smoke or perfume). Underwear must be tried on over one's own underwear; returns of such items will be rejected and returned to the Customer in the event that they show signs of wear. Returns must be shipped back to us using a sturdy corrugated cardboard box (NOT an envelope). Failure to do so will result in a 30% restocking fee. Only the manufacturer/seller can establish if the returned products are in their original conditions. Neither Manufacturer nor Seller will be responsible or liable if any item you wish to return is lost, misdirected or delivered late.
Return costs will be at customer’s charge.
2) Refunds procedures
The seller will do his best to refund the amount of the returned product within 7 working days from the day the Product is received. The refund will include only the product price paid by the Customer, not the shipping costs. Any credit card purchase requiring a refund amount of €100.00 or greater will incur a 5% charge to cover transaction fees. If the customer receives the authorization number for the return and refund by giving misleading information or conditions, the company reserves the right to not make any reimbursement.
The products that have been returned into original packaging and conditions can be substituted by products with same value within 7 working days from the receipt of the returned products. Products that have been worn, damaged or used can’t be returned. In the event of wrong size, colour, the product will be substituted only if returned in the foreseen time (see “returns” above) in the original packaging and not used.
Any gross Manufacturer's defect found within 30 days of wearing should be returned to us for a complete evaluation to be done by the Manufacturer. We will contact you when we receive the results from the Manufacturer's evaluation. Worn garments must be laundered before returning. Garments returned to us unlaundered will be returned unevaluated.
Purchases refused at the time of delivery will be refunded minus shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.
Request for returns
In case of substitution or refund, the customer must send an e-mail to the customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org . He/she must provide the following information: name of the customer, purchase number, code reference of the product to be asked for return, reason of the return and kind of requested action (exchange or refund).

1.2 Return procedure
The products that are intended to be returned or exchanged must be sent back within 10 working days from their receipt stating the wording “RETURN OF PURCHASE” upon the box, and including the written request previously filled. The parcels can be sent through any carrier, courier or forwarding agent suitable to the customer. The reception from the postal office or the forwarding agent is attested. It won’t be accepted in any way cash on delivery parcels nor carriage forward. The parcels must be sent to:

- in case of EXCHANGE WITH A SAME VALUE PRODUCT, the delivery of the new substituting product will be at Norman srl charge.
- in case of RETURN OF A PRODUCT, the customer will be refunded of the product price (without shipping costs)
1.3 Refund procedure
After the receipt of the returned goods, Norman srl will check its entirety and proceed with the refunds through bank transfer, within 10 working days from the receipt of the parcel. This process will be done as soon as possible, anyway not later than 30 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notification.
REQUEST EXCHANGE WITH A DIFFERENT VALUE PRODUCT
In case of a request for exchange with a different value product, the customer must return the product following the above mentioned procedures, that is:
-fill in a request for return form (including bank details for the refund)
-send back the entire product to Intimidea srl (see return procedures for further details)
The customer will pay only for sending back the product, and then (see refund procedures for further details) the whole amount of the purchase will be refunded of the product price (without shipping costs)
Then, the customer can proceed with a NEW PURCHASE ORDER of the chosen item from the website www.vivasport-italy.com, where the usual shipping procedures will be applied.
Information for the customer on the application of:
Italian Legislative Decree No. 206 dated 6 September 2005 ("The Consumer Code") and article 7 of the Italian Law No. 229 dated 29 July 2003 – published in Gazzetta Ufficiale No. 235 dated 8 October 2005 – Ordinary Supplement No. 162.
The provider of the requested services and products is Norman s.r.l. with registered office in Via Dante 14 - 26100 Cremona and headquarter in via Grecia 2/4 – 46042 Castel Goffredo (Mn) – Italia.
In accordance with the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005), the Customer that act as "Consumer" ("end user") is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract without penalties penalized and without specifying the reason, by respecting the conditions stated at Point 1.
